Simon Dowell

Simon Dowell is a Principal Ecologist at Waterman Infrastructure & Environment, bringing over 16 years of consultancy experience to the role. Simon has a solid background in protected species surveys and has managed ecological inputs for various planning applications. Simon earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology and Coastal Ecology from the University of Plymouth.
