Yan Geng

Yan Geng is an Associate Director at Waterman Group, bringing over 15 years of experience in geotechnical and tunneling engineering, with more than 8 years focused on tunneling design modeling in the UK and abroad. They hold a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering and MIMMM chartered status. Previously, Yan served as a Chartered/Senior Tunneling Engineer at Mott MacDonald and worked as a Research Fellow and Research Assistant at the University of Nottingham. Yan completed their Bachelor of Engineering at Sichuan University and a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Nottingham.
