At Watermark, we are in the private equity real estate development business, where we strive to elevate the way people live, work and play® by providing a market leading resident experience. More specifically, we design, develop, build, and operate Class A, professionally managed, leased home communities, under our Canvas® brand, across the country. The common nomenclature for this asset class is “build-to-rent” or “build-for-rent”.

Watermark’s family of companies also:
(i) construct our Canvas communities in certain markets;
(ii) provide land development and entitlement services to our Canvas communities across all markets;
(iii) offer third-party fee based land development services; and
(iv) pursue and complete build-to-rent value add opportunities.

Implementing a dynamic, interactive approach, our mission is to provide stable, high yield opportunities to our partners while enhancing the standard of living in our communities.
