Eric Arner

Eric has overseen WaterOne’s legal, auditing and insurance functions since 2003, when he joined WaterOne’s senior management team as its General Counsel and Director of Legal/Auditing. Prior to WaterOne, Eric served for over 13 years in local government law, most recently as Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Lenexa, Kansas.

He holds degrees in History and Economics from William Jewell College and obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. He is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association and previously served on its Board of Directors.
