Jesi Lay, P.E., currently serves as Lead Engineer and Project Engineer at WaterOne since March 2020, leveraging extensive experience in water resources engineering. Prior roles include Associate Engineer with the Water Resources Team at Olsson from November 2015 to March 2020, and Public Water Supply Engineering District Representative at the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality from July 2014 to May 2015, where technical assistance and sanitary survey inspections of water treatment plants were provided. Jesi's background also includes a Fulbright Research Fellowship focused on water-quality research in Sierra Leone, a Fluid Mechanics Teaching Assistant position at Oklahoma State University, and roles at GE Aviation and Woolpert. Jesi holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
