John LeRoy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development at WaterOne since March 2014, John leads a team dedicated to end-to-end talent management, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles at WaterOne include Learning and Development Leader and Human Resources Generalist, where John focused on organizational learning needs and comprehensive HR support. Prior to WaterOne, John worked at H&R Block as Associate Manager of Human Resources Support, managing large teams to optimize HR processes, and in roles providing client support and facilitating onboarding for high volumes of new hires. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas and two Master’s degrees in Organizational Development from Avila University.
