As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Principle Co., Sofia established a leading agency focused on driving social change through innovative strategy and creative solutions. With over a decade of experience, Sofia has helped diverse clients, including civil society leaders and corporations, mobilize for impactful social movements such as Marriage Equality in Australia. Currently, as the Co-Director of Watershed Change and the Founder of Impact Culture, Sofia continues to oversee initiatives that amplify voices and foster meaningful change across various sectors. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Communications from Western Sydney University and has produced award-winning projects in film and television.
