Johnny Yan

Johnny Yan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in military and finance. As an Infantry Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces from May 2013 to March 2015, Johnny earned recognition as the Best in Platoon during Basic Military Training and was awarded the Sword of Merit for being in the top 10% of the Officer Cadet Course. After military service, Johnny transitioned to finance, serving as an Investment Banking Analyst, Summer Analyst, and Private Equity Associate at Goldman Sachs, contributing to significant IPOs and acquisitions. Currently, Johnny is an MBA candidate at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on climate projects and sustainability efforts, while also working as an investor for the Stanford GSB Impact Fund and as an MBA Summer Intern at Watershed. Johnny holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating summa cum laude, and completed GCE 'A' Levels at Hwa Chong Institution.
