Alton Strupp is an award-winning multimedia specialist with expertise in commercial communications, event coverage, photojournalism, and portraiture. Currently, Alton serves as the Director of Multimedia & Content Innovation at WaterStep, and has previously worked as a multimedia and social media specialist at The Courier-Journal from 2012 to 2022. Alton's accolades include being named Photographer of the Year by the Kentucky News Photographer Association multiple times and earning the National Press Photographers Association's Monthly Clip Photographer of the Year in 2017. Alton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, Psychology, and Photojournalism from Western Kentucky University.
