Nikki Salladay

Nikki Salladay is the Director of WaterRelief at WaterStep, a non-profit organization based in the Louisville, KY area that focuses on providing safe and clean water access to communities worldwide. In this role, Nikki leads disaster preparedness and response activities, utilizing innovative technologies such as the WowCart and BleachMakers to ensure communities receive potable water during emergencies. Prior to this, Nikki held various positions at the American Red Cross, where they developed disaster response teams and managed volunteer resources across several regions. With a background in education and community outreach, Nikki has consistently dedicated themselves to serving and empowering others through effective disaster management and community service initiatives.
