Daniel Halliday is a Principal Consultant: Special Projects at Waterstons, where they lead the transformation of core business processes and systems replacement. With a strong background in project management and systems analysis, Daniel has held various leadership roles since joining Waterstons in 2007, including Associate Director Digital & Data and Head of Bespoke Software. They are passionate about Agile software development and have experience across diverse sectors, particularly in higher education. Daniel has also contributed to the Confederation of British Industry as a Future Leaders Committee Member and Deputy Chair of the Future Leaders Network in the North East. Daniel earned a 1st Class Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
