Conrad Fleischmann

Conrad Fleischmann is an experienced operations leader specializing in capital program planning, facilities management, and project execution. They currently serve as a Capital Program Manager at Waterton, overseeing budgeting and scheduling for capital projects and leading a team to achieve strategic goals. Previously, Conrad was the Principal Owner of North Jersey General Contracting, where they built a reputation for delivering complex construction projects. Between 2008 and 2021, they held the position of Facilities Director at Double H Ranch, successfully managing large-scale renovations and implementing cost-saving measures. Conrad is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering at Metropolitan Technical Institute.
