Waterview Partners was established to capitalize on the accelerating nearshoring and reindustrialization trends transforming North America, driven by macroeconomic and geopolitical realignments. The firm's mission is to promote regional self-sufficiency and resilience across critical supply chains, addressing both strategic manufacturing priorities and national security imperatives.

Waterview is built by a bicultural team with deep roots in both the United States and Mexico, bringing together private equity, investment banking, big law, and venture capital backgrounds with genuine cross-border execution capability. We operate as both an independent sponsor and an active operating partner - combining institutional financial discipline with the on-the-ground industrial knowledge required to build complex businesses across the U.S.-Mexico border.

The firm is focused on sectors at the intersection of national security, technological sovereignty, and supply chain resilience: semiconductors, defense and autonomous systems, robotics, space technology, specialty chemicals, and artificial intelligence infrastructure. By aligning private capital with deep industrial and operational expertise, Waterview Partners seeks to strengthen North America's position as a globally competitive, secure, and sustainable manufacturing hub.
