Erick Rexrode

Erick Rexrode has extensive experience in training, sales, and education. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Training and Development at Waterworks since October 2003, Erick focuses on internal training in sales and product, along with professional and organizational development. Prior to this role, Erick was an Outside Sales Consultant and Showroom Manager for Waterworks, providing expertise in sales and design for bathroom and kitchen products. From April 1998 to September 2003, Erick held various managerial positions at Smith & Hawken, leading the Bryn Mawr location in providing gardening and horticultural consumer goods. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Music Teacher at Pittsburgh Public Schools from August 1995 to June 1997, teaching elementary music and conducting band and orchestra classes. Erick holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Minority Studies from West Virginia University, completed in 1995.
