Matthew Summo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client support, project management, and customer service. Currently serving as the Regional Client Support Manager for the East and NY Metro at Waterworks since October 2017, Matthew has successfully developed and implemented training programs and delivers high-level client support. Previous roles include project management and client services positions at Waterworks, as well as retailer relations at AfterShock Comics, customer service advocacy at Verizon Wireless, and various writing and marketing roles in the comic book industry. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing for Entertainment from Full Sail University and an Associate's degree in Arts from Suffolk County Community College.
