Michael Propst

Michael Propst has a diverse and extensive work experience background. Michael is currently the Director of Business Strategy at Waterworks since 2022. Before that, they worked at PVH Corp. as the Director of Corporate Business Process from 2021 to 2022. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Principal at Propst Consulting Group, where they served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer of a multi-national on-demand manufacturing and software company, and implemented processes to improve quality and efficiency. Prior to that, they held various positions at vineyard vines, The Shade Store, American Eagle Outfitters, Ralph Lauren, and Abercrombie & Fitch, where they demonstrated strong leadership and achieved significant accomplishments in production, sourcing, and operations management.

Michael Propst completed a Certificate of Readiness program at Harvard Business School Online in 2020-2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Textile Engineering from North Carolina State University from 2002 to 2004. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Textile Engineering from the same university, which they acquired from 1998 to 2002.
