Patrick Hardin

Patrick Hardin is the Vice President of Finance at LJC, where they provide strategic financial leadership and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across all business units since 2025. With more than a decade of experience in finance, they previously held roles such as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at Watlow and Business Director at Mississippi Lime Company. Patrick earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Truman State University.
