Stan Breitlow is the Director of Product Development for Industrial Control Solutions at Watlow, a position held since 1990. In this role, Stan has been responsible for managing product definitions to meet the temperature control needs of semiconductor equipment OEMs, employing Lean Product Development techniques for innovative solutions. Additionally, Stan leads the Temperature Controller profile development group for the EtherCAT Technology Group, focusing on creating industry-standard device profiles. Stan has also served as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Winona Area Chamber of Commerce since 2023. Stan earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 1989.
