Joshua Li is a 4th-year Computer Science student at the University of Waterloo, focusing on computer vision problems related to perception and 2D/3D generation. They have recently worked as a Developer at RBC, where they built an agent-based AI chatbot, and as a Research Volunteer at the University Health Network, developing a visualization tool for a bioinformatics paper. Currently, Joshua serves as a Perception Squad Lead at WATonomous and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant under Professor Yuri Boykov, researching weakly-supervised semantic segmentation. They have also contributed to various research projects, including first-authored papers at CVPR Workshop and SIGGRAPH Asia. Joshua's academic journey began with a High School Diploma from Upper Canada College and earlier education at Appleby College.
