Creating Connections That Matter

Welcome to Watoto Play – where creativity, inclusivity, and well-being come together to support neurodivergent communities.
Pronounced WA-TOW-TOW (a Swahili word meaning “the children”), we believe in the power of play, connection, and diversity to transform lives.

We offer trauma-sensitive, neuro-affirming resources, programs, workshops, and EAP therapeutic services designed for a range of individuals, including teens, tweens, educators, health professionals, corporates, and families.

Our tools empower neurodiverse communities by embracing each individual's strengths and sensitivities.

Our services include:

Creative Programs and Workshops: Tailored for educators and professionals who support the mental health of neurodivergent children and adults.

Corporate Wellbeing Days: Customised Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) designed to foster inclusivity and support within the workplace, combining emotional regulation tools with trauma-sensitive approaches.

Training and Consulting: Helping businesses and educators understand and live with neurodivergence, with tools to promote emotional regulation, connection, and well-being.

Therapeutic Resources and Games: Engaging materials for therapists, educators, and parents that facilitate conversation, healing, and growth.

Why Creative Therapy?
Creative therapy provides an expressive outlet that breaks language barriers, allowing individuals to process emotions through art, play, and movement.

It’s especially helpful for neurodivergent individuals, offering them a safe space to explore their feelings and experiences in a non-verbal, non-judgmental environment.

This approach taps into the imagination, creating powerful shifts in emotional and psychological well-being.

At the heart of Watoto Play is a commitment to creativity, acceptance, and authentic connections.
