Rick G. has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Rick started their career as a Credit Analyst in 2004 at Northern Trust Corporation and then worked as a Corporate Banking Officer from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they served as a Vice President & Senior Banker, where they provided financing solutions to middle market and large corporate firms. In 2011, they became a Senior Vice President / Senior Banking Officer, leading a team of private and commercial bankers in Sarasota and Tampa. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Northern Trust's Private Client Advisory group, responsible for wealth management for high net worth clients. In 2017, they joined Watsco, Inc. as the Vice President of Corporate Development, where they focused on expanding the company's geographic reach and product capabilities in the HVAC/R industry.

Rick G. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a focus on Economics, Finance, and Strategy. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (AB) in Political Science, graduating cum laude from the University of Chicago.
