Liz Watson is the CEO and Founder of Watson Board Advisors, bringing over 40 years of legal experience, including nearly 25 years dedicated to advising boards, committees, and CEOs on governance and recruitment. Currently, Liz serves as a Director at both the Woodward Foundation and Peterson Real Estate, while also being an acclaimed speaker at various leadership and corporate governance conferences. Liz has held several influential positions, including former director roles at St. George's School and the Institute of Corporate Directors, and Liz was the former board chair at both the Choice School for Gifted Children and Shad Canada. A graduate of The University of British Columbia, Liz remains actively engaged in enhancing organizational leadership and board performance.
