Anders Spur

Anders Spur is a seasoned professional in product development and energy technology, currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Watts since November 2020. In this role, Anders focuses on strategizing the delivery of innovative products to support the green transition, leading multiple development teams while overseeing product envisioning, operational design, and compliance with standards. Prior to this, Anders held various roles at Andel, including Section Manager for Research and Development, Manager of Energy Technology and AI, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Architect, and IT System Developer. Anders also gained experience at FDM and Maersk IT, covering system architecture, project management, and web development. Educational qualifications include a specialization in Data Science from The Johns Hopkins University, an Academy Profession Degree in Computer Science from the Business School of Nykøbing Falster, project management training from Mannaz, and a focus on Purpose-driven Soul Leadership from SoulWorks.
