Todd Cooper

Todd Cooper is an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager with a diverse background in overseeing large-scale projects primarily for military and government contracts. Currently serving as CQC Manager for Watts Constructors Inc. at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam, Todd supervises a $22 million construction project involving complex infrastructure development. Previous roles include serving as CQC Manager/Deputy Project Manager at ConTrack International Inc. in Afghanistan, and Quality Manager for PAE on NATO missions. Additionally, Todd has extensive expertise in quality management, having held positions at Fluor FGG, ASAP Concrete Company, and Kellogg Brown and Root, along with a strong foundation in quality control spanning over a decade at Goodrich Aerospace. Todd's education includes 35 credit hours in General Studies from Faulkner State Community College.
