Emmanuel Val

Val is the Chief Executive Officer of Wattsense, a Siemens company. They are responsible for developing and implementing a forward-looking company strategy and for defining and implementing sales and go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share. They build and lead a cross-functional team across R&D, sales, marketing, product, and operations, and maintain strong relations with customers, partners, and Siemens. Prior to Wattsense, Val held roles including Global Head of Product Management at J2 Innovations (a Siemens company), Global Head of Product Management - Edge Building Management System at Siemens, and Global Product Manager - Edge Platform Applications. Val earned a Master's degree in Smart Building from Université de Cergy-Pontoise (2011-2013), a Bachelor's degree in Physiques industrielles et environnementales from Dublin Institute of Technology (2010-2011), and a DUT in Applied Physics with a sport option from IUT Annecy (2007-2010).
