Daniel Opio

Daniel Opio is currently the ESG Coordinating Officer at Watu Credit, where they focus on ESG data management, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, they worked as a Training Coordinator at Sinopec International Petroleum Service Corporation and as a Regional Mentor Northern at Greenlight Planet, Inc. Daniel has a background in training and development, having held positions such as Training and Development Supervisor at Hardrock Group and Education Officer at Masanafu Secondary School. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Kampala International University and have experience in various roles in different sectors, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and capacity building.
