Laura Lai is a project consultant at WAUC since July 2023 and concurrently serves as a customer service officer at Indigo Solutions. Previously, Laura held the position of Premium Suites Supervisor at Optus Stadium from May 2018 to September 2022 and worked as a marketing assistant at Rhodes Projects from August 2020 to August 2021. Additional experience includes roles as a research assistant at CARE Lab UWA and a case manager at Outcare, both in 2020, as well as a policy intern at WA AIDS Council, where Laura contributed to updating the Occupational Health and Safety Policy and amending other policies. Laura is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at The University of Western Australia, expected to graduate in December 2024, and holds a high school diploma from Methodist Ladies' College.
