Daniel Paramo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, fintech, and engineering. Currently serving as an Advisor at RampHR and Wava Checkout for E-Commerce, and holding the position of Director of Payments Solutions at Routefusion, Daniel specializes in financial tools for international product expansion. As the Founder of Paramo Ventures, Daniel supports founders with capital and mentorship, focusing on minority-led startups. Daniel has also held significant roles at Xertify as a strategic advisor and previously led investor relations and business development at Hyla Fund Management. With a history at Deposits as Co-Founder and COO, and earlier positions in business development at Bell Helicopter and Learning Machine, Daniel's expertise spans various industries. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
