Or Garbash has been involved in the technology industry since 2006. Or began their career in the Israel Defense Forces as an Information Security Team Leader and Networking Engineer. In 2010, they joined 2BSecure as a Technical Manager Cyber Security Unit and Information Security Engineer. From 2013 to 2014, they were Self-Employed as an Information Security Specialist and Software Engineer. Since 2014, they have been Co-founder & CTO at Wave™ (by OGYDocs), where they are responsible for the technological development of WAVE BL and determining functional requirements and specifications for Wave services.

Or Garbash completed a Practical Engineer degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Ort Shapira from 2002 to 2003 and at Mosenzon from 2003 to 2004. Or then went on to complete an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering from 2008 to 2013.
