Dev Pal, MS, MBA has gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, specializing in GxP systems, quality, and regulatory compliance. Starting as an IT Validation Manager at Intuitive Surgical in 2014, Dev moved on to roles at companies such as The Clorox Company, PSC Biotech, and Moderna before taking on leadership positions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Karuna Therapeutics. Most recently, Dev held the position of IT Clinical Systems Project Director at Wave Life Sciences, showcasing expertise in managing end-to-end implementation and validation of various clinical systems. Throughout their career, Dev has demonstrated a strong focus on quality systems, compliance, and validation programs within regulated environments.

Dev Pal holds a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering from the same institution. Dev also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Operations from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
