John Sears

John Sears has extensive experience in logistics and warehouse management, currently serving as a Senior Warehouse Supervisor at Wave Life Sciences since August 2017. Prior roles at Wave Life Sciences include Warehouse Supervisor, Lead Logistics Specialist, and Senior Logistics Specialist. Previous experience includes positions at Shire Pharmaceuticals as an Inventory and Logistics Specialist II and at Genzyme as Facilities Central Inventory Supervisor. John also held various managerial roles at DDN Pharmaceutical Logistics from 2001 to 2010. John holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and has received additional training in EMT, Life Cycle Engineering, and various programs from Dale Carnegie and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
