Kyle Moran

Kyle Moran is the current Chief Financial Officer at WAVE Life Sciences. Prior to this, they were with Veroha, Inc from October 2010 to June 2014 where they served as CFO / COO, Vice President and Treasurer. At Veroha, Moran was responsible for all financial and operational aspects of the company. Kyle also led financial due diligence in the acquisition of the company. In addition, they built out financial and operational controls and processes and managed development and launch of technology platform as well as integration with government partners. Lastly, they managed investor relations and created partnership sales process.

From March 2006 to June 2014, Moran served as Finance Director, Partner at IMMP. In this role, they were responsible for evaluating potential merger and exit opportunities, finance and compensation committees.

Prior to IMMP, Moran was with Context Advisors from March 2001 to February 2006 as Consulting Lead. And before that, they were Assistant Vice-president at Zurich Scudder Investments from November 1998 to March 2001. Moran began their career as Supervisor at Chase Global Funds Services Company from February 1996 to September 1997.

Kyle Moran is a CFA who specialized in finance. Kyle attended the Chartered Financial Analyst Program and received their masters in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School. Kyle also has a BA in Economics from Boston College.
