Ass THIAM has extensive experience in customer support and internal control, currently serving as the Internal Control - Wave Digital Finance at Wave Mobile Money since October 2019. In this role, Ass THIAM has held multiple titles, including Support Quality & Training Lead and Front Office Support Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing senior support representatives, tracking performance and KPIs, and coordinating projects.
