Kim Saunders

Kim Saunders has an extensive work experience in the field of analytics and statistics. Most recently, they worked at Wave Mobile Money as a Senior People Analytics Lead starting in February 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Meta as an Analytical Business Partner from July 2022 to September 2023. From September 2019 to July 2022, they served as a People Analytics Lead at the Ministry of Justice UK. They also held positions at the Office for National Statistics as a Senior Executive Officer - People Analyst from October 2017 to September 2019, at Llywodraeth Cymru / Welsh Government as a Higher Executive Officer - Health Analyst from January 2017 to October 2017, and at the UK Ministry of Defence as a Health Statistician from February 2015 to January 2017.
