Matabi Chris currently serves as Vice President of the Young Water Professionals (YWP) program, which aims to empower emerging leaders in the water sector globally and in Africa. In addition, Matabi holds the position of Distribution Supervisor at Wave Mobile Money since November 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Business Development Manager for the Uganda National Lottery from December 2014 to December 2016, where a goal of recruiting 1,000 distribution agents was achieved within eight months. Matabi also worked as a Sales Specialist at PureH20 A/S from March 2013 to November 2015, focusing on sales and revenue generation for water filtration products in Uganda and South Sudan. Matabi Chris earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Social Work from Makerere University between 2005 and 2008.
