Wave Model Management is a boutique model agency that started in 2008 as the Polish office of StarSystem SA, the international scouting network founded by industry legend John Casablancas. In 2012, Wave Model Management became an independent company. 

Wave Model Management distinguishes itself by a selective approach to scouting, professional development and image management. Wave Model Management specializes in discovering new faces and fostering long-term careers, both in Poland and in foreign markets.

WAVE Model Management is a member of MAMA (Models Agents & Managers Association), an organization of model agencies from around the world, actively working to improve the standards of ethics and safety in our industry.
