Matt Smelser

Matt Smelser's work experience includes roles at WAVE, where they served as Director of Project Management starting in January 2022, Senior Project Manager from August 2021 to January 2022, and Project Manager from July 2020 to August 2021. Prior to WAVE, they worked as a Production Manager, Audio Engineer, and Lighting Designer at their own company, Matt Smelser, since 2007. Matt also held positions at Connection Pointe Christian Church, where they were an Adult Service Production Manager from January 2016 to July 2020, and a Production Specialist - Audio from January 2009 to December 2015. Additionally, they worked as an Audio Technician at Ozark Christian College from 2004 to 2008.

Matt Smelser attended Ozark Christian College from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Literature. During the same period, they also acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Ministry from the same institution.
