Tanya Kohen

Tanya Kohen serves as the Global Head of Finance Practice at WaveAccess, where responsibility includes leading finance transformation through AI and IT by collaborating with CFOs and consultants to enhance workflows and modernize systems. Concurrently, Tanya is the President of the North Carolina Treasury Management Association for the 2022-2023 term and an active board member focused on expanding membership and member value. Previous experience includes directing treasury and cash cycle transformation at Baptist Healthcare, building treasury systems at Centric Brands, and holding various leadership roles at X5 Retail Group, where significant contributions included oversight of banking products and project finance methodology. Tanya holds two Master’s degrees from Moscow State University of Transport, one in Finance and Credit and the other as an Interpreter for Professional Communications.
