Jihoon Lee

Jihoon Lee has been working in the finance industry since 2012. In 2012, they began working as a Quantitative Analyst at Solomon Strategic Consulting Limited, where they developed risk management strategies to reduce foreign exchange risks for import-export companies and consulted with client companies to find methods of reducing unwinding costs from derivatives contracts against financial institutions. In 2013, they moved to FistGlobal as a Finance Researcher, where they researched and developed pricing libraries of derivatives used to measure market risks, mainly focusing on interest rate, credit and currency derivatives, and was involved in researching and developing libraries of credit-related risk management such as CVaR and CVA. In 2016, they joined Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd as a Quantitative Analyst. Finally, in 2018, they became the CPO and Co-Founder of Wavebridge.

Jihoon Lee obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from Seoul National University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics from Yonsei University between 2006 and 2011. Additionally, they are a CFA LEVEL 2 Candidate.
