Ernest Cid

Ernest Cid has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Ernest began their career as the founder and general manager of Wavecontrol, an engineering company specializing in electromagnetic field (EMF) measurements and safety. At Wavecontrol, Ernest developed instruments for assessing human exposure to EMF and RF fields.

Later, Ernest co-founded and served on the Board of Directors of VIKO Group, a collection of companies focused on digital commerce. As a founding member, they contributed to the growth and success of VIKO Group, which included ELOGIA, a digital commerce marketing agency, and TANDEM UP, a consultancy specializing in marketplaces.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Ernest worked as the Technical Director at EFI Electronics Europe. Although their tenure at EFI was brief, they contributed their technical expertise to the company during that time.

Ernest Cid attended Universitat Ramon Llull from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a degree in Engineering (Telecommunications & Electronics). In 2012-2013, they also attended IESE Business School and obtained a PADE degree.
