Robert Hager

Robert Hager has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Wavecrest Computing since October 2016, after working as a Call Center Technician at Synergon Solutions, Inc. from April 2015 to October 2016. In these roles, Robert has provided technical assistance to over 20 clients, offering support and training on various computer systems, software, and hardware, while ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and feedback management. Prior to this, Robert served in the US Navy as a Master At Arms from October 2006 to October 2014. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Forensics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2008 and 2014.
