Adela Dascălu has a diverse range of work experience. Adela started their career at Prestrom Srl, where they completed an internship from June 2015 to September 2015. Adela then moved on to DANUBIUS TRAVEL, where they worked as a Business Travel Consultant for E.ON Romania from May 2018 to March 2019. Adela'sresponsibilities included providing 24/7 emergency support, negotiating prices with suppliers, and managing hotel bookings. Adela then joined g7 WaveCrest in December 2019 as a Junior Project Manager before being promoted to Project Manager in September 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Client Services Manager, starting in October 2021.

Adela Dascălu obtained a Master's degree in Asigurarea calitatii in afaceri from Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanta, which they attended from 2018 to 2020. Adela then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Fast Track Management in 2021 at BISM - Bucharest International School of Management.

Prior to their master's degrees, Adela Dascălu completed their Bachelor's degree in Economia comertului turismului si serviciilor from Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanta, attending from 2015 to 2018.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Adela Dascălu obtained certifications in Business Analyst from Ready For IT in September 2022 and Scrum & Agile Management from Skillab in January 2022.
