Andrew Bale

Andrew Bale is an accomplished executive with significant experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as CEO at Wavecrest since September 2023, Andrew focuses on developing innovative cloud-based communication solutions. As a Non Executive Director at Tango Networks, Andrew leads efforts to integrate mobile and unified communications, previously holding the position of President where full P&L responsibilities were managed. Andrew's background also includes roles as CEO at integent, Managing Director at JT Group Limited and Worldstone, and leadership positions at Smartnumbers and Avaya Inc. An educational foundation in Physics and Computing Science from the University of Cambridge and Queen Mary University of London supports Andrew’s extensive expertise in managing and growing technology-driven organizations.
