Pål Dahle

Pål Dahle has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Software Engineer at Waved. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer Lead and IT Consultant at Capgemini from 2019 to 2021. Pål also gained experience as a Student Teaching Assistant at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) in 2019, where they provided assistance with the course Mechatronics. Pål had a Summer Internship at Point Resources in 2018, where they developed an offshore piping inspection strategy using VBA programming and database management. In 2017, Pål had another Summer Internship at Esso, where they worked on developing an inspection strategy for corrosion on offshore vessels and conducted a gap analysis of subsea wellhead and Xmas-tree standards. Pål also served as a Course Instructor at Tekna in 2017, where they lectured a crash course in the programming language Matlab. Pål's work experience includes a leadership role as the Head of the media committee at A/F Smørekoppen, where they oversaw the publication of student magazines and documented and promoted events. Pål started their career as a Sikkerhetsvakt/vekter (Security Guard) at Nokas from 2013 to 2014.

Pål Dahle completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2014 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Pål also obtained various certifications, including Exam 483: Programming in C# from Microsoft in August 2020, Exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft in March 2020, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in December 2019, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2019.
