Jacob Sear

Jacob Sear has been working in various roles since 2013. Jacob was a Real Estate Consultant while self-employed from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they founded Jacoby Street Management LLC. Since 2018, they have been the Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiter for Waveform.com/RSRF. In this role, they have managed the entire recruitment process for RSRF & Waveform, and has actively sourced, vetted, and assisted in the onboarding of 50+ employees spanning multiple states and countries.
