Sam Westwood has a long history of founding and leading various companies. In 2020, they became the COO of Waveform.com/RSRF. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder of Opensignal from 2011, Co-Founder of RepeaterStore.com from 2007, where they were responsible for one of the most popular cellular repeater sites on the web, and Co-Founder of Staircase3.com from 2006.

Sam Westwood attended the University of Oxford from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a 1st in Physics.
