Matt Haugo

Matt Haugo has over 24 years of work experience in the optical industry. Matt started their career as an Optician at Cole Vision in 1997. Matt then worked as a Refractive Technician at ClearVision Laser Center from 1998 to 2000. After that, they joined TLC Laser Eye Centers as a Senior Refractive Technician until 2006. At TLC Laser Eye Centers, they gained expertise in refractive technology. In 2006, they transitioned to Johnson & Johnson Vision as a Manager of Application Support. In this role, they managed a team of trainers and was responsible for developing and implementing clinical training services. Matt worked at Johnson & Johnson Vision for 15 years until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Senior Manager of Clinical Services at WaveFront Dynamics Inc.

Matt Haugo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2017.
