Paul Badger

Paul Badger is currently the Managing Director at Wavefront Systems and Management Board Member at Forcys, a global maritime defence company. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles at Vestas, including Senior Director and Managing Director Vestas Technology UK. Paul also served as the Head of Programmes at QinetiQ, a Consultant in Business Development at IBM, and held multiple management positions at QinetiQ handling rotary wing and fast jet platforms. Paul started their career as a Systems Engineer at BAE Systems, focusing on the Typhoon development programme. Paul holds a BEng (hons) degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol.
