They founded The Bigger Fish Group and created The NorthStar Living℠ System, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive through a focus on leadership and purpose. A John Maxwell Leadership Team-certified speaker, coach, and trainer, Shane is dedicated to helping people lead lives of significance.
