Keith Portnoy

Keith Portnoy is an experienced professional in project consulting, currently serving as Principal and Director of Project Consulting and Director of North Carolina Operations at Waveguide LLC since March 2002. Prior roles include Associate Principal and Project Manager at the same company. Prior to joining Waveguide LLC, Keith Portnoy worked as an Engineer at newcomb & boyd, Hibble, Peters & Dawson, and Lockwood Greene from 1993 to 2002. Keith Portnoy holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEE) degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems (MS CIS) from Georgia State University.
